Food That Burns Fat and Calories
Wouldn't be great if we can eat food that burn more calories when digested than it contains? Imaging eating as much as you want and actually losing weight? One of the secrets of losing weight is eating right food and drinking right kind of drink until your hunger and thirst are satisfied. - Dairy Product rich in calcium such as milk, cheese, yogurt. Calcium is a critical factor which controls what your body does with calories and dairy is even more important in this cycle. So this combination is perfect for boosting weight loss by increasing fat breakdown in fat cells.
- Apples since they have pectin which prevents cell from absorbing fats. It also helps water absorption from the food which increase release of body fat.
- Other fruits and Vegetables such as broccoli, carrot, cabbage, watermelon, blueberries, asparagus
- Green tea increase your metabolism which helps body fat consumption
- Minimal intake of salt and sugar will help as well since they help body fat generation
- Protein rich food and fiber rich food such as egg whites, oatmeal, beans, whole grains, lentils, all kind of nuts
