Food That Burns Fat and Calories

Wouldn't be great if we can eat food that burn more calories when digested than it contains? Imaging eating as much as you want and actually losing weight? One of the secrets of losing weight is eating right food and drinking right kind of drink until your hunger and thirst are satisfied. Depriving yourself from food because of any kind of diet is wrong and dangerous since it can cause health issues, not to mention suffering. Tony Robbins said the problem with diet is first three letter of the word diet, which is die :). 
Some of you might ask what weight loss has to do with back pain. More body fat, more pressure on your back since it has to carry more weight. So beside back strengthening muscle exercises, losing weight is helpful as well. 

Fat burning foods are ideally consumed before physical exercise so calories can be burned at much higher rate than usual. These type of foods are usually natural plant foods.Some of them are:

  • Vitamin C rich fruits and vegetables such as lemons, oranges, tangerines, limes, grapefruit, tomatoes, kiwi. Vitamin C helps faster fat release from the body.

  • Dairy Product rich in calcium such as milk, cheese, yogurt. Calcium is a critical factor which controls what your body does with calories and dairy is even more important in this cycle. So this combination is perfect for boosting weight loss by increasing fat breakdown in fat cells.

  • Apples since they have pectin which prevents cell from absorbing fats. It also helps water absorption from the food which increase release of body fat.

  • Other fruits and Vegetables such as broccoli, carrot, cabbage, watermelon, blueberries, asparagus

  • Green tea increase your metabolism which helps body fat consumption

  • Minimal intake of salt and sugar will help as well since they help body fat generation

  • Protein rich food and fiber rich food such as egg whites, oatmeal, beans, whole grains, lentils, all kind of nuts

Burning back pain

Burning back pain is very unpleasant sensation in lower back which might be caused by multiple reasons. Regardless of the root cause, burning back pain has severe impact on one's way of life. Burning back pain is basically tired and stiffed lower back muscle. They got stiffed to protect themselves from pain based upon previous experience. Although original cause of pain might have been gone, stiffed muscle usually takes much more time to relax and go back to original state

Some of the causes of burning back pain are:

  • Pregnancy - when woman is pregnant, increased weight creates increased pressure on lower back which cause burning back pain and muscle contraction as auto-protection. 

  • Lifting heavy things - majority of people don't lift heavy things properly. They lift with their back instead of with their legs. It is amazing how many people are nitre aware of the difference between lifting properly which includes bending tour knees and using your legs as main instrument in lifting instead of just bending and using your back as main tool for heave lifting. Then you can hear how someone injured back from helping friend move.

  • Snow shoveling - similar to lifting heavy things,most people are doing snow shoveling with their back instead of using legs. Wet snow can be very heavy and cleaning heavy snow can be treated as lifting heavy weights, since you have to lift shovel with wet, heavy snow. Majority people are not aware how much snow shoveling is intensive activity especially for someone who does not exercise regularly. Snow shoveling should be done properly, slowly according to ones; fitness state. Use your legs and knees to push and lift, and your back will be grateful.

  • Driving - bad driving position can be cause for stiff neck, stiffed back, and plenty of others issues. Be careful when adjusting your seats, mirrors and steering wheel. Also be aware of improper posture while driving.

  • Kidney stones - burning back pain might not re related t all to back issue, it can be simple caused by sand or stone in your kidney, which usually cause pressure in your kidney, which is relieved after urinating, or it is sharp pain which reflects to lower back thus creating mistaken feeling that the problem is in the lower back.

  • Bad mattress - Considering how much time we spent sleeping, people are not paying enough attention to type and quality of mattress they sleep on. It is not unusual to wake up with back pain due to bad mattress, so make sure you consider it when shopping for new mattress.

Lower Abs Workout

Lower abs workout doesn't really sound very exciting, more like hard work. 6-packs, sounds great, looks even better. Unfortunatelly, there is hard lower abs workout behind each 6-packs. 
What most people don't realize, the food is main ingridient in getting 6-packs. All exercise in the world won't help unless proper food is consumed. All body fat excess has to be eliminated before lower abs can be visible. 

Body fat is not only estetic problem, it can also become serious health problem. According to some research results, people with excess of boddy fat have higher risk of heart attach, diebetes, stroke, sleep apnia and other serious diseases.  Therefore, proper food is first step in getting lower abs. Second step are lower abs exercises with a lot of cardio for losing extra body fat. Unless BMI (bodu mass index) is in single digit, it will ve very difficutl to get 6-packs to show. It might be there but covered with fat.
 
Some of simple lower abs exercises are listed below. No special equipment is required for them, except dedication and commitment. People usually give up right before finish line without realizing that.

Leg Scissors

Lie on your back with your hands below your buttocks. Lift both feet a few inches off the ground. Keep your legs fully extended (you can bend them slightly if having them extended is too hard). Start moving legs up and down while keeping them extended, with no knee movements. Please remember to always keep your lower back pressed against the floor to avoid back injury  After certain number of movement, 10, 15, 20 whatever is your maximum, it is time for second part of this exercise. Spread your legs as much as you can trying to keep them in same level, then mover them one toward the other until one passes another immitiating scissors movement. Every time change the foot above. For example, if in the first pass left foot is moving over right foot,  second pass will be right foot moving over left. By doing this you are exercisesing both side of lower abs. If you are up to challenge, you can add little wreigjhts on your ankles to make this exercise more difficult.

Side Turns

Lie on the floor with your feet up in the air above your hips. Ideally it would be 90 degree angle between your feet and the rest of your body. Keep your legs ideally straight or slightly bent if you can not keep them straight. Extend your arms from your body with palms touching the floor. It is important for this exercise that your lower back is flat against the floor as much as possible. The less movement of lower back, the better. 
Turn your legs with your feet together sideways towards the floor. Make sure your palms are still touching the floor. When your legs reach the floor, or your hands are not touching floor anymore, stop and switch your legs to another side. Repeat 10-15 times.

Leg Rolls

Lie on your back with your hands below your buttocks. Now start moving your legs in circle motion like a train wheels. Extent them as much as you can then lift them up and bring them back in bent position. Then extend them again, lift them up and bring them back again. Repeat this exercise 10-15 times than starts the same exercise just in opposite direction. Now you will start with your knees bent, then lift them up, extend them and bring them back. Exactly opposite direction from before. Repeat 10-15 times.
